Spaghetti Stuffed Garlic Bread: A Delicious Twist on Classic Comfort Food

Description

Seafood Salad is a refreshing and flavorful dish that combines a variety of fresh seafood with crisp vegetables and a zesty dressing. This salad is perfect for a light lunch or as a side dish for a summer meal. It showcases the natural flavors of seafood while being easy to prepare and serve.


Ingredients

1 lb. spaghetti (made according to package directions)

1 large loaf Italian bread

3 tbsp butter

1 tsp garlic powder

1 lb. Italian sausage

1/2 onion (diced)

2 cloves garlic (diced)

1 small can tomato paste

1 can (15 oz) tomato sauce

1 tbsp Italian seasoning

1 tsp garlic salt

1 tsp salt and pepper

mozzarella cheese to top


Instructions

  1. Cut the middle out of the bread loaf and butter the inside. Add garlic powder then toast bread in the oven at 350 degrees for 5 min.
  2. Using a cast iron pan, heat the pan on the griddle on medium high.
  3. Brown sausage in pan. Add diced onion and garlic and cook until onion is slightly softened and garlic is aromatic.
  4. Add tomato paste, tomato sauce, Italian seasoning, garlic salt, salt and pepper. Mix together in pan and allow to cook until heated through.
  5. Add cooked spaghetti to sauce and mix to cover spaghetti.
  6. Set bread on griddle on a warming rack to keep it off the direct heat.
  7. Fill hole in bread with spaghetti and top with desired amount of mozzarella cheese. Cover to allow cheese to melt
