Ingredients

-1 stick of Salted Butter (melted in a 9×13″ baking dish
(Cobbler)
-1 1/2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
-1/2 tsp Salt
-2 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
-1/2 Cup Granulated Sugar
-1/2 Cup Packed Brown Sugar
-3 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
-1 Cup Milk
-1 Cup Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
(Sugar Topping)
-1 1/2 Cups Granulated Sugar
-1/2 Cup Packed Brown Sugar
-1/2 Cup Cocoa Powder
(Boiling water to pour over the top)
-1 3/4 Cup Boiling Hot Water

Instructions

melt butter in baking dish. While that’s melting, start on the cobbler. Mix together Cobbler ing. in a large bowl. Then, Spoon into baking dish, on top of melted butter, but do not stir. In a separate bowl. make sugar topping. Mix Sugars, and cocoa powder, but dont add the water just yet. sprinkle dry sugar mixture over the cobbler. Then gently pour over the boiling hot water. Bake at 350 degrees fpr 40-50 min., or until the top forms a crust. Top with ice cream and ENJOY!
