- 5 Russet potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
- 2 onions, sliced
- 4 TBS vegetable oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp Seasoned salt
Instructions
- Soak the cut potatoes in ice water for 1 hour. Drain.
- In a cold skillet, add the oil, a layer of potatoes, onions and seasonings. Repeat.
- Cook on medium-high heat for 45 minutes to 1 hour, only turning the potatoes once. (I waited 30 minutes before flipping.)
