Ingredients
Crispy Chicken:
•7oz chicken breast
•1/4 cup (20-25g) corn flakes, crushed
•salt, pepper, paprika, gaelic powder, onion powder (to taste)
High protein Caesar dressing:
•1 1/2 tbsp (20g) low fat mayonnaise
•3 tbsp (45g) nonfat Greek yogurt
•1/2 tbsp lemon juice
•1/2 tbsp (5g) grated Parmesan
•1/4 tsp: salt, pepper
Wrap/toppings:
•1 large tortilla
•2/3 cup (45g) lettuce, shredded
•5 garlic butter croutons, partially crushed (optional)
Instructions
1. Season and coat the chicken in corn flake breading. Air fry at 400° F for ~12-14 minutes.
2. While that’s going, whisk together the high protein caeser dressing. Crumble some croutons.
3. Cut a slit 1/2 the diameter of the large tortilla, then assemble the chicken, lettuce, protein Caesar sauce and (optional) crushed croutons in each respective quarter of the wrap.
4. Fold and enjoy!
