- 2 cloves garlic, minced

- 1 pound cooked bacon, cut into pieces
- 8 eggs
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
- 12 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and grease a 9×13-inch casserole dish.
- In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook ground beef, garlic, and onion powder until browned. Drain excess grease.
- Spread the cooked beef mixture in the casserole dish and mix in the bacon pieces.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, salt, pepper, and half of the shredded Cheddar cheese.
- Pour the egg mixture over the beef and bacon in the casserole dish.
